Responsibilities :

OFFICE STAFF
Responsibilities :
- Assist management with administration of Papua Diving office on Kri Island
- HR: record keeping, leave planning, recuitment processing, disciplinary and company exit
- Marine park permit administration
- Guest check in and out processing
- Handling guest queries
- Temporary cover for other roles, such as enquiries and bookings
- Sales at gift shop, invoicing and recieving payments
- General finance and other administration
Requirements :
- Education : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year office work experience
- Technical skills :
- Proficient in English language spoken and written
- Familiar with computer application (e.g MS Office)
- Knowledge of HR
- Soft skills :
- Trustworthy, honest, disciplined, organized, open minded
- Can handle multiple tasks
- Flexible to vary working pattern depending on location and demands
- Willing to work on site at Kri Island
Other details :
- Salary offered approximately IDR 3 Juta/negotiable depending on experience
